Again, I am not sure if this will work on your phone. It's best to be viewed on a computer.
thank you for reading. I realize this is uneccicary, but I thought it would be... Interesting at the very least.

Part 0. Purpose
Alright, so. Let us begin.
When it comes to psychology, looking from the outside, there can appear to be various applications of the study in our day to day life. It can be used in buisness, in biology, in government systems, management, hell, even engeneering can benefit from certain psychological concepts like The Desire Path or the other ways in which people can ignore the clearly outlined instructions and just head straight in (I wouldn't be surprised if at least one of you didn't just skip my whole little intro and started waving your mouse around without care or caution. I bet more of you are "testing" how usable this is on your phone.... message me the results.) These examples, however, only discuss where psychology is used, rather than how it is used. In most applications (including this one) there are two key functions to psychology: 1) identifying the origins of behaviours 2) changing (manipulating) behaviours.
This is all I am going to talk about here. If you're seeking more dirt in this drama, then maybe this isn't the place to look. There's a google doc on the events and some excess informaiton is circulating somewhere. You can re-flip through that, or ask people about their encounters with the Subject. I'm sure people have stories they can share. There are a handfull of points I'll share in some of the side columns here, but the main text will remain psycho-socially focused.
Understanding Origins
Now, let me make this clear. It's OBVIOUS how twisted up he is. He's lonely, he's envious of other people's popularity, he's self-centered, he expects everyone to cater to his will with little effort on his own side. Maybe you didn't say as much in so many words, but you get it. You've seen it. You've seen it in anime, you've seen it in books. You see it on Twitter or Reddit or 4chan forums(rip). It's creepy clingy incel behaviour. We all know this.
But where did it come from?
Anime & Expectations
So, What messed up anime has he watched to twist up his perceptions so damn much?
I mean this genuinely. Do you recall how he'd talk about anime occasionally? I remember it when I was a little younger, how sometimes he'd talk to Cedric about popular anime. Specifically, in one conversation, I remember he had mentioned Attack on Titan.
If you've watched Attack on Titan I bet you can already see the simmilarities. Eren Jaeger is the main character of the series, and is — in simple terms — anime Hitler. Admittedly, his actions are more morally questionable. Questions about motivation and intent and purpose and even free will and choice are raised in discussions about his crimes against humanity, and such is the purpose of the anime, of the art. These conversations and questions are valuable. But in this situation, he does not matter at all.
Misaka Akerman loves Eren Jaeger. Despite all his shortcomings, and all of his flaws, despite his tendency to ignore and overlook her, Misaka loves Eren for the simple act of looking her way and gifting her a scarf (and maybe stabbing a person who was going to assult her, but Idk, that might have been after she caught feelings? It's been a while). Misaka's devotion, however has no source nor any reason. Rather than liking Eren because he makes her a better person, or because there is something in herself that she sees in him, Misaka likes eren for the simple gesture of kindness he once gave to her when they met. Kindness he does not continue to show as he decends further and further into becoming Anime Hitler. And it's not just Attack on Titan. Sakura and Hinata from Naruto are notorious for this, and for many who were into anime before 2018, this was their introductory anime. Their childhood anime.
Theory Of Mind is a concept in psychology referring to the ability for a person to make assumptions about another person's thoughts based on that other person's individual perspective, rather than assuming that everyone thinks the same way as you. Children are not born with this. They are born predisposed to learn for it, but it does not come innately. It is only at about age 7 that children finally begin to develop a theory of mind (which is why the really little CWS kids are so horrible....), but it does not stop developing at age 10. It's impossible to completely know what another person is thinking, despite what movies and anime would have you think, but good socializing experiences and practice, can help you grow familiar with a certain set of people's behavioural patterns and verbalized thought, enough to give you at least a glimpse into what they are thinking.
We did all agree that his "Epistles" screamed of Lonliness, yes?
When people talk about the negative effects of literature as an excuse for censorship this is what they mean. Their solution (censorhip) is completely wrong, but there is an effect for some. Lacking social groups to develop a theory of mind from, people may turn to literature and media to inform them on how people think. You can go online and talk to strangers and get a sense of how to assume how these people behave. But what happens if you're in one of those awful cess pools? Like the afformentioned websites like Twitter or Reddit or 4chan? Well, maybe you'd assume that everyone is an angry asshole, or a pretentious self-centered prick, or that the way to be seen as cool and impressive is to make jokes at the expense of others. Even if you've managed to steer away from this, there is still limitations on your ability to create a general theory of mind. What do you think a person from the Knitting subreddit are thinking about? Okay, what about a person from the the Guns and Murder Subreddit? These communities have different cultures and thus different patterns of behaviour that lead us to think different things about them, and so, to apply them to others is a flawed assumption. The same applies ESPECIALLY to liteature, and even moreso to anime. If your basis on people's thoughts is purely derived from books—even non-fiction ones—you've limited yourself to a community of people who are good or coherent enough to be published, and who think they have a life story worth selling. You lack the normal people. This is even worse in fiction, it's WAY worse in anime! Characters are NOT people. Their behavours, their mannerisms, it's all structured for a narrative purpose. Mikasa falls in love with Eren, so that Eren has a living weapon he can call to his side to save his ass before he becomes Anime Hitler. She falls in love with Eren so that the audience can watch someone suffer the worse he becomes, and when he inevitably dies.
It has warped his perception. His expectations. He expects to see people "Care" for him, by knowing every single needless piece of information. Because that's what the main character gets from the people who "care" about him. Did he remember all of your class schedules though? Does he remember everyone's birthday? Their favourite food? Their mentioned projects? Probably not.
But even if he did, well, that's not exactly healthy either. Why would he feel the need to do that anyways? Why feel the need to do that entire series at all?
Music
There seems to be a supplimental nature to the music used in his writing. Where, in lieu of actually establishing a tone and feeling to the text, he relies on music to serve as a crutch so he does not seem insane through his words.
There are also songs that provide an implication of a general attitude he's striving for, such as the case with part VIII and the song I'll Still Have Me by CYN which expresses a self-caring attitude despite The Subject never expressing any self-caring or self-uplifting attitudes in the actual post.
so following that general "vibe" I've included some songs myself. You don't need to listen to them, but they do reveal a bit of my biases.
Alternatively, you may also listen to a playlist of the original songs as well.

Snowdin
In the winter of 2021, I was snowed in at school with the both of them. It had just been the three of us, wandering around the school halls in areas not often visited. The scool was still open and for many classes were still in session, but it was late. Nearly 8:00. A thursday too, and having had attended at my miserably early morning Choir schedule, I was eager to get back to bed. Meriel had probably felt that way too, but it was nice to just wander around the school with no obligation for a class or anything. At the time they hadn't done anything to
